Terms of Service
The terms under which we provide form completion, translation, notary, and filing-assistance services — and the terms under which you use this website.
Last updated: May 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using this website (b308assist.com) or by signing a service contract with B308 LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Engagement for any paid service is governed by a separate written service contract signed by both you and a B308 representative. Where these Terms and the service contract conflict, the signed service contract controls.
2. Who we are
B308 LLC, doing business as B308 Immigration Service Provider, is a New York limited liability company registered as an Immigrant Assistance Service Provider under New York General Business Law §460-a.
- Office: 3240 3rd Ave, Bronx, NY 10451

3. Services we provide
We provide clerical immigration assistance. Specifically, we may:
What we do
- Complete USCIS and EOIR forms using information you provide
- Translate documents you supply into English (and other languages we offer)
- Notarize signatures on documents you have prepared
- Organize, tab, and submit completed forms and supporting documents on your behalf with your consent
- Refer you, without fee, to an independent licensed immigration attorney for legal questions
What we don't do
- Give legal advice or interpret immigration law
- Decide which forms you should file or which immigration benefit to seek
- Determine your eligibility for any specific immigration outcome
- Draft affidavits, declarations, or legal arguments on your behalf
- Represent you before USCIS, EOIR, an immigration court, or any other tribunal
- File Form G-28 (Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative)
- Conduct country-conditions research or any other expert legal analysis
4. Eligibility to engage our services
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction) to engage us for paid services. Minors may be the subject of a petition (for example, a child sponsored by a parent), but the petitioning adult is the party who signs the service contract.
We may decline to provide services for any reason permitted by law, including conflicts of interest, scheduling, or matters outside our scope.
5. Fees and payment
- All fees are flat fees confirmed in writing in your service contract before any work begins
- Government filing fees, biometrics, and medical exams are billed separately and paid by you directly to the government or provider
- Translation is billed per page when not included in a bundled service
- Payment plans are available and stated in your service contract; the full balance is due by the time of completion
- We do not charge for any service we do not perform
6. Your right to cancel
You may cancel your service contract at any time. The financial consequences depend on when you cancel:
Within 3 business days of signing
We may not charge you any fee and must return any money you paid within 15 days. Exception: if you signed a written waiver of the right to cancel without fee because you were about to lose eligibility or another right, we may keep fees for work already done and amounts already paid on your behalf.
More than 3 business days after signing
We may keep fees for work already performed and any amount already paid on your behalf. Anything beyond that is refundable.
Notice of cancellation may be made using the cancellation form attached to your service contract, or by other written notice delivered to us in person or by U.S. mail to 3240 3rd Ave, Bronx, NY 10451. If you cancel, we will return any original documents you submitted to us.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for any form we complete on your behalf
- Select which forms you want completed — or use our free attorney referral to make that decision
- Sign a written service contract in English and your primary language before work begins
- Bring or supply the original documents we need to review or translate
- Confirm legal eligibility decisions with a licensed immigration attorney
- Notify us if your address, phone number, or case status changes
8. No attorney-client relationship
Engaging B308 LLC for any service does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not attorneys. Communication with us is not protected by attorney-client privilege.
If you need legal advice, please consult an independent licensed immigration attorney. We can refer you, without fee, to attorneys we work with — or you may contact the New York State Office for New Americans hotline at 1-800-566-7636 or the New York State Attorney General at 1-800-771-7755 for a free legal referral.
9. Use of this website
You may browse, read, and share this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- — Copy, scrape, or reproduce substantial portions of the site for commercial use without our written permission
- — Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems
- — Use the site to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications

10. Third-party links and content
This site contains links to third-party websites (USCIS, EOIR, government resources, partner attorneys, booking widgets, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Following a link is at your own discretion.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
We do our best to type your forms accurately and to follow current USCIS form instructions. We do not, however, guarantee any specific immigration outcome. USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies make their own decisions based on facts, evidence, and law — none of which we control.
The website and our non-paid informational content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Information on this site is general and may not be current, accurate, or applicable to your situation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New York law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the fees you paid to us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any government agency's decision on your application.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New York consumer protection law, including the Immigrant Assistance Service Provider Act (NY GBL §§460-a–460-l).
13. Complaints and bond claims
If you are entitled to a refund and we do not provide it within 15 days, or if you have a complaint or need more information, please call 311 (New York City) or contact us directly.
We have posted a $50,000 surety bond with Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual), P.O. Box 14498, Des Moines, IA 50306-3498. If we owe you a refund and do not provide it, or if our actions harm you, you may file a claim against this bond.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any service contract with B308 LLC are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion or through the City of New York's complaint process will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bronx County, New York.
Nothing in these Terms waives your statutory rights under New York consumer protection law or the Immigrant Assistance Service Provider Act.
15. Severability, assignment, and changes
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You may not assign your rights or obligations under your service contract to anyone else without our written consent. We may transfer our rights to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page. Your continued use of the site or services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
