The individual providing assistance to you under any contract with B308 LLC is not an attorney licensed to practice law or accredited by the United States Department of Justice to provide representation to you before the federal government or any immigration authority, and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.

Who we are

B308 LLC, doing business as B308 Immigration Service Provider, is a New York limited liability company registered as an Immigrant Assistance Service Provider under New York General Business Law §460-a. We are not a law firm. We carry a $50,000 surety bond with Merchants Bonding Company (Mutual), P.O. Box 14498, Des Moines, IA 50306-3498, as required by New York law.

We provide clerical assistance with immigration paperwork — form completion, translation, notary, and filing-assistance services. We do not provide legal advice or representation.

What we do

  • Complete USCIS and EOIR forms using the information you provide
  • Translate documents you supply
  • Notarize signatures on documents you have prepared
  • Submit completed packets to USCIS or other agencies with your consent
  • Refer you, without fee, to an independent licensed immigration attorney

What we don't do

  • Give legal advice or interpret immigration law
  • Tell you which immigration form or benefit to pursue
  • Determine your eligibility for any immigration outcome
  • Draft affidavits, declarations, or legal arguments on your behalf
  • Represent you before USCIS, EOIR, or any court
  • File Form G-28 (Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative)
  • Conduct country-conditions research or other expert legal analysis
  • Use the title “attorney,” “lawyer,” “notario,” or “notario público” to describe ourselves

No attorney-client relationship

Reading this website, contacting us, or engaging us for any service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and B308 LLC or anyone working for B308 LLC. Communication with us is not protected by attorney-client privilege.

If you need legal advice or representation, please consult an independent licensed immigration attorney. We can refer you, free of charge, to attorneys we work with — we do not pay or receive referral fees.

Information on this website is not legal advice

The information on this website — including blog posts, FAQ answers, form descriptions, and pricing details — is provided for general informational purposes only. It may not be current, accurate, or applicable to your situation. Immigration law and USCIS policy change frequently.

Do not rely on this website as a substitute for advice from a licensed immigration attorney about your specific case.

Document handling and supporting documents

We do not keep original documents you submit with an immigration application. When you give us an original, we give you a signed receipt and a complete copy of the document, immediately. You may also obtain supporting documents yourself — you do not need to get them through us.

The U.S. government provides forms and instructions free at uscis.gov and by phone at 1-800-870-3676.

No guarantee of outcome

No one — not an attorney, not an immigration service provider, not anyone — can guarantee a specific immigration outcome. USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies make their own decisions based on facts, evidence, and law. Anyone who promises you a guaranteed green card, citizenship, or any other immigration benefit in exchange for a fee may be committing fraud. Be cautious.
